Our Cebu Beach House is located within the first-class resort complex “Seascape“, and the newly built Crimson Spa and Resort in Mactan with world class standard and the finest amenities.

Our beach house has the following amenities: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, badminton indoor courts, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, children’s club etc.

Nestled in one of the country’s most prestigious tourist destinations, Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan is a sprawling 6-hectare beach resort and spa with 40 luxurious private villas featuring individual plunge pools and 250 guestrooms that combine both comfort and style with its contemporary Asian style. Our house is integrated in the FIRST CLASS resort complex “Seascape” inside the Crimson Spa and Resort in Mactan with world class standard and the finest amenities.

These amenities include: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, several dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, children’s club etc.

NOTE: For the use of all the Crimson Resort Facilities our tenant renting the house for a minimum of six months needs to avail the membership with Crimson

Cost : P25,000 pesos per Year / good for 2 Adults and 2 children
You will also get a 20 % Discount on all food purchases at any restaurant at Crimson

On Short Term Rental (i.e. one month ), the tenant must pay the entrance fee at the Crimson Resort to be able to use the Crimson Facilities like Swimming Pool, Beach, Gym etc.

Should you want to visit the Resort and Restaurants, no entrance fee is required for our Tenants. [No use of the pool, beach, gym etc.]

For Weekly rates: Whole House is USD 1000 .
On a long-term rental contract, for the whole beach house the Rent is USD 2100/ month (P95,000 per month), if contract is min 1 year.

Tenant also use our available Caretaker for daily cleaning of the House
We charge P4500 Pesos / month for the cleaning service ( Tenant to provide detergent)

Our Caretaker is available 24/7 on site !

Long-term rental does not include electricity and water costs in rental price and need to be paid monthly as to the meter reading and current rates from water and electric company.

Present electric cost: depend on current rate;
Water cost: Peso 80 / M3

Internet at the resort is for free !!
Internet WiFi  inside our house is 1500 peso per month ( up to 200 MB s is available to our tenants )
A security deposit of a 1 month Rent on check in is required ( or at the date of contract signing )

Also our caretaker [couple] is willing to do cooking and or laundry Services for a small additional fee, paid and given to our caretaker directly without our involvement.
