The house sits in Seascape, a first-class residential complex inside the 5-star Crimson Resort and Spa in Mactan. It is built in a modern design with high ceilings, about 280 sqm of living area, and all fittings finished to international standards.

The master bedroom
The master bedroom is made for deep, unhurried sleep: Egyptian cotton sheets, one of the softest comforters you will find, and air conditioning.
Like every room it has a flat screen TV with cable, and the master bathroom lives up to the bedroom. Extra sheets and towels are in the house.
The other bedrooms
The other bedrooms have flat screen TVs and very comfortable beds, and each has its own private bathroom, so a family or a group can live here comfortably.
Living room and kitchen
The living room is as considered as the rest of the house, from the furniture to the interior design, with tall windows and high ceilings.
The kitchen is custom-fitted with quality appliances and furniture, so you can cook and dine as you would at home.
